🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist based in Brazil to support the financial operations of a growing U.S.-based SaaS company.

In this role, you will work closely with finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, support reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting processes.

The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S. companies, strong knowledge of accounting systems, and familiarity with SaaS financial workflows and payment platforms.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.

• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.

• Monitor and reconcile Stripe payment transactions.

• Support revenue tracking and financial reporting within a SaaS business model.

• Work with CRM data (ideally HubSpot) to reconcile sales and payment information.

• Assist with accounting processes related to U.S. LLC structures.

• Identify and flag potential tax implications related to SaaS operations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure financial data integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and operational reporting.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or financial operations.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.

• Experience reconciling payment platforms such as Stripe.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

• Experience performing bank reconciliations and transaction matching.

• Understanding of U.S. LLC accounting considerations.

• Experience working with SaaS companies is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international teams.

• Professional English communication skills.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based startups or SaaS companies.

• Exposure to subscription revenue accounting.

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, and churn.
