🧠 Position Overview
We are seeking a highly agile, fast-learning, and execution-driven Applied AI Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic frameworks on top of SIMPRO FSMs.
You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, transforming real business opportunities into scalable, monetizable AI systems.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and who prioritize shipping real systems over perfect specs.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and agentic systems aligned with real-world workflows and business goals
- Rapidly prototype and deploy LLM-powered solutions into production environments
- Integrate AI capabilities into core platforms via APIs and microservices
- Own end-to-end delivery: from concept → prototype → production → scale
- Develop and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure for production AI systems
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and system performance
- Build systems that are robust, performant, and ready for enterprise scale
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years building and deploying production AI / LLM / agentic systems
- Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, and modern architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tooling
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Advanced English communication skills

- Exposure to real-time conversational AI or LLM integrations
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS platforms
