🧾 RESPONSIBILITIES

📄 Issuing and/or preparing invoices
💵 Preparing cash receipts
⏱️ Ensuring invoices are delivered accurately and on time
🧮 Calculating salaries to be invoiced
📊 Monitoring weekly accounts receivable collection
📑 Preparing customer account statements
💰 Preparing commission reports
🔧 Performing all other duties related to the Finance Assistant role


🎓 REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields
📆 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting position
🌎 Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)

📈 Proficiency in basic and advanced Excel
🖥️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

⏰ Availability to work additional hours when required


🎁 BENEFITS

💵 Monthly salary between USD 600 – 700, plus statutory benefits (minus legal deductions)
🏖️ Legal benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, severance pay)
🕘 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Saturdays only if required
