🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Manager responsible for overseeing accounts receivable collections and cash application processes, while collaborating closely with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collections process for outstanding receivables.

• Oversee cash application activities and ensure accurate allocation of payments.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.

• Analyze cases individually to determine the best resolution strategy.

• Coordinate with U.S. and India accounting teams to resolve complex cases.

• Identify root causes of payment delays and recommend effective solutions.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.

• Experience handling customer billing inquiries and payment disputes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology or SaaS companies.

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
