We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Manager responsible for overseeing accounts receivable collections and cash application processes, while collaborating closely with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Manage the collections process for outstanding receivables.
Oversee cash application activities and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
Analyze cases individually to determine the best resolution strategy.
Coordinate with U.S. and India accounting teams to resolve complex cases.
Identify root causes of payment delays and recommend effective solutions.
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
Experience handling customer billing inquiries and payment disputes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Experience working in technology or SaaS companies.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
