At this time we are seeking for outstanding professionals to work at Roca Alliances for the projects of our client which is a U.S.-based cybersecurity company that provides integrated security solutions for businesses and managed service providers (MSPs). Its portfolio includes network security (next-generation firewalls), endpoint protection, secure Wi-Fi, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and centralized security management, enabling organizations—especially SMBs—to protect their networks, users, and data against modern cyber threats efficiently and at scale.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deal Desk Manager to lead and optimize global deal desk operations. This role owns the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, policy compliance, and timely approvals.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, enabling efficient deal execution and supporting a channel-driven, two-tier GTM model serving a global customer base.
Own the deal desk process, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines, discount thresholds, and approval workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to accelerate deal turnaround times while maintaining compliance.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve deal-related issues and guide complex transactions.
Review proposed deals to ensure profitability and alignment with corporate objectives.
Maintain and update deal desk policies, approval matrices, and supporting documentation.
Track deal metrics, approval timelines, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Mentor and guide deal desk analysts, ensuring consistent execution and professional development.
Collaborate with IT and Operations to enhance deal desk tools and automation capabilities.
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
🕒 5–7 years of experience in GTM Finance, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
💡 Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, channel programs, and global GTM structures
🧩 Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce preferred)
🗣️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🌎 Ability to attend 4–8 U.S. working-hours meetings per week
⏱️ Experience collaborating across time zones with international teams
🚀 Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, 2-tier, or hybrid GTM model
🤝 Familiarity with partner/channel sales structures, incentives, and performance metrics
💰 Experience with partner incentives, MDF programs, and channel deal structuring
