🎯 Position Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to support billing operations and financial case management in a structured, process-driven environment.

In this role, you will investigate billing issues, classify financial cases, and ensure accuracy and compliance across systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity and delivering high-quality financial analysis, working across tools like Salesforce and NetSuite.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately classify financial cases (T1–T3) using the Billing Matrix
• Investigate billing-related issues, including disputes, invoices, and subscriptions
• Cross-check and validate data across Salesforce and NetSuite
• Document findings clearly, including detailed analysis and conclusions
• Ensure compliance with Finance Operations processes and quality standards
• Support the monthly Bill Run process
• Analyze and resolve credit-related issues

📅 A Day in the Life

As a Finance Operations Analyst, your day will focus on reviewing and resolving billing-related cases with precision and consistency.

You may begin by assessing incoming cases, classifying them according to the Billing Matrix, and investigating discrepancies across systems like Salesforce and NetSuite. Throughout the day, you’ll analyze billing disputes, validate financial data, and document your findings in a clear and structured way.

You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring all actions meet compliance and quality standards. During key periods, you’ll support the monthly Bill Run, requiring extra attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Qualifications

Required

• 1–3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Close attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) or auditing
• Experience working with billing processes or financial case management
