🛠️ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

🎯 Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process for IT and corporate roles including software engineers, IT support, technical project managers, sales engineers, and account managers.

🔍 Source & Engage Talent

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, online communities, referrals, and industry networks.

🤝 Partner with Hiring Managers

  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, align on role expectations, and provide data-driven hiring guidance.

💬 Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Manage the interview lifecycle while ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

💼 Offer Management & Closing

  • Present, negotiate, and close competitive offer packages in a fast-moving market.

📊 Pipeline Management & Data Insights

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, analyze recruiting data, and present insights that support forecasting and process optimization.

🌐 Employer Branding & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, stay plugged into recruiting trends, and help strengthen our employer brand.

🏆 Hit & Exceed Recruiting Goals

  • Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline development, and quality-of-hire targets.


💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

🧩 Core Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (IT or tech industry preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational excellence.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Experience evaluating and managing recruiting vendors or staffing partners.

  • Advanced ATS experience, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
