Position Overview:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

We are seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our business. The Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, develop CRM workflows, and create custom solutions for specific business needs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and be able to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance.
• Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
• Create blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce systems and applications.
• Coordinate and conduct testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
• Develop technical specifications and project plans.
• Perform system troubleshooting and fix bugs.
• Ensure the system’s scalability and security.
• Keep abreast of developments and new features in Salesforce and integrate them into the company’s systems.
• Provide technical support and training for Salesforce end-users.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of CRM workflows and custom solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
• Knowledge of data integration and migration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
