Review and analyze nuanced call conversations and classify them based on internal policies.
Identify and escalate issues that require additional investigation.
Participate in ad hoc call-listening projects to provide valuable insights to our Affiliate, SMB, and Enterprise teams.
Test and implement new operational processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Sales.
Analyze reporting to detect account-related issues and recommend solutions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
