Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Analyst to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, supporting transformation projects, and implementing AI-powered solutions across various departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and guide data strategy initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
As an Analyst in CoE, you will be trained as a consultant with deep expertise in data analysis, AI, and process optimization, enabling you to provide impactful support across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to uncover insights that drive actionable improvements in business processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Create data models and conduct predictive analytics to assist departments in forecasting and decision-making.
- AI & Automation Support:
- Assist in the identification and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
- Work closely with the CoE team to pilot and scale AI initiatives that optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide support in the development of machine learning models, data pipelines, and automation tools.
- Consultative Support:
- Partner with various departments to understand their challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
- Serve as a consultant to help departments identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing data, analytics, and AI to enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Process Optimization:
- Conduct process mapping and optimization exercises to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement best-in-class data strategies and process enhancements to ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Support the development of training materials and provide training to department teams on how to leverage data and AI solutions.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the organization by promoting best practices in data analysis and automation.
- Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, AI, and process optimization.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to build expertise in relevant tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
