This company works with large retailers and distributors such as Amazon, Walmart, and other major partners to improve supply chain visibility and margins.
About the Role
You will lead customer-facing implementations of the deductions platform, owning delivery from kickoff through go-live and value realization.
You are someone who can confidently engage with business and technical stakeholders, translate complex AR and deductions workflows into structured delivery plans, and drive execution across multiple teams and dependencies. You balance customer advocacy with disciplined project management to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
You will own and execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including:
● Lead end-to-end implementation of Valence’s deductions and AR solutions, from project kickoff through production rollout
● Act as the primary customer-facing lead, building strong relationships with finance, AR, supply chain, and IT stakeholders
● Drive requirements discovery across data, integrations, workflows, and reporting related to deductions, billbacks, and disputes
● Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
● Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to ensure aligned execution
● Proactively identify risks, data gaps, and scope changes, and manage mitigation plans ● Facilitate regular status updates, working sessions, and executive-level communications
● Oversee UAT, training, and go-live readiness to ensure customer adoption and operational success
● Contribute to standardization by improving implementation playbooks, templates, and delivery best practices
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
● 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT or SaaS implementations
● Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present to both technical and business audiences
* Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models)
● Ability to translate business processes and requirements into structured implementation plans
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage parallel workstreams
● Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred / Domain Experience
● Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable, Deductions Management, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations
● Exposure to CPG, retail, or supply chain business models
● Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/AR, SD), Oracle, or similar platforms
● Familiarity with retailer portals, deduction backup documentation, PODs, and pricing/trade validation workflows
● Experience managing data integrations, ingestion pipelines, and reporting dependencies
