This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years, serving a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries and managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern automation frameworks, a solid understanding of quality engineering best practices, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript in Node.js environments.

• Build and execute end-to-end automated test suites using Cypress to validate complex user workflows and application functionality.

• Develop and maintain API testing solutions using Karate, ensuring reliable integration and service-level validation.

• Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.

• Continuously enhance test coverage by identifying high-risk areas and implementing effective automation strategies.

• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test data management to support comprehensive quality assurance efforts.

• Contribute to the overall test strategy, including functional, integration, and performance testing approaches.

• Promote best practices in test automation, code quality, and CI/CD integration within the QA and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.

• Proven expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript for developing automated test scripts in Node.js-based environments.

• Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end test automation using Cypress.

• Experience with API testing frameworks, particularly Karate.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance or load testing tools.

• Knowledge of test framework design and automation architecture.

• Exposure to cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience working in large-scale or microservices-based systems.
