🎯 Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational support to a global Sales Operations team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In this role, you will help execute complex quoting processes and manage contract updates while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal processes. You will serve as a key operational layer supporting high-volume sales transactions and ensuring smooth deal execution.


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute complex quote creation using Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy and speed.

  • Process contract modifications, including cancellations, re-creations, and rebooks.

  • Support contract conversions, including Evergreen to termed agreements.

  • Manage renewals, cross-sells, and plan adjustments.

  • Navigate and manage nested case workflows across multiple systems.

  • Validate pricing, SKUs, contract terms, and billing alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations leadership team and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain high SLA performance while managing high transaction volumes.


📅 A Day in the Life

As a Sales Operations Analyst, your day will involve supporting the sales team by executing and managing complex deal operations within the CPQ system.

You may start the day by reviewing incoming requests for quote creation or contract updates, ensuring that pricing structures, SKUs, and contract terms align with company guidelines. Throughout the day, you’ll process renewals, cross-sells, and contract adjustments, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deals move forward smoothly.

Because this is a high-volume environment, you will need to maintain strong attention to detail while working efficiently, ensuring that every transaction is completed accurately and within established service levels.

You are a detail-oriented and independent operations professional who thrives in structured but fast-paced environments. You are comfortable working with complex quoting processes, SaaS subscription models, and contract workflows, and you take pride in executing operational tasks with precision.

You are proactive, organized, and capable of navigating complex systems and processes with minimal supervision.


✅ Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations

  • Hands-on experience creating quotes using Salesforce CPQ

  • Experience managing contract modifications, renewals, and rebooks

  • Experience working in a SaaS subscription-based business

  • Strong ability to work independently in complex operational workflows

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
