PharosIQ is growing its team in Nicaragua and we’re looking to hire professionals in Virtual Partner Marketing Management, we are currently aiming to hire 4 professionals to support and enable key partners across global programs. 🎯 About the Role
As a Virtual Partner Marketing Manager, you will act as a trusted marketing advisor for partners, helping them design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive pipeline growth, ROI, and performance within SaaS and technology environments.
You will manage partner portfolios, marketing funds, onboarding programs, and performance reporting—ensuring partners fully leverage available assets, tools, and platforms.
🧩 What You’ll Be Responsible For
📈 Advise partners on campaign creation, product focus, pipeline measurement, and fund optimization
🤝 Manage partner portfolios and relationships, ensuring performance objectives are met
🛠️ Support partner onboarding and training across portals, tools, and documentation
📊 Track KPIs, pipeline impact, and marketing performance
📑 Prepare reports, insights, and performance updates for stakeholders
🧠 What We’re Looking For
💼 Experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing
🗣️ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
💡 Creative, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced tech environments
🖥️ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, LinkedIn, and research platforms
🎓 Education (SaaS / Tech Aligned)
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
📚 Alternative degrees: Communications or Business Administration, with solid marketing background
🧑💻 Minimum 2 years of education and/or experience in SaaS, software, cloud, or technology-driven marketing
📜 Certifications in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Partner Marketing are a plus
