PharosIQ is growing its team in Colombia and we’re looking for a Virtual Partner Marketing Manager to support and enable key partners across global programs. If you have strong marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing client or partner relationships, this is a great opportunity to join a modern, data-driven company making a real impact.
Act as a marketing advisor to partners, guiding them on campaign creation, product positioning, pipeline measurement, and fund utilization.
Manage partner marketing funds using tracking and reporting tools.
Support onboarding and training for partners across platforms, portals, and available marketing assets.
Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and ensure partners follow program guidelines.
Meet established KPIs and deliver reports, insights, and performance updates.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
Experience managing partner or customer accounts.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different platforms and tools.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence in handling objections.
Proficiency with Office tools and online platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
